Returns Policy

Damaged Items

If an item is delivered damaged then this must be reported to us within 2 working days of receipt. We will ensure swift collection and replacement of the damaged item.

Faulty Items

If an item is delivered faulty i.e. it is not fit for purpose, then this must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt. Where an item has been found to be faulty after use and you (the consumer) are unable to return the product in its entirety, then a credit note will be issued only at our discretion.

Cancelling an order

You (the consumer) have the right to cancel an order for any reason within 7 days of receipt provided the item has not been unsealed or used and is in a fit state for reselling. You (the consumer) are liable for the cost of returning the item to us although in some cases this cost may be refunded at our discretion.

In all cases, when returning items to us, we strongly recommend that you use a reputable courier and that you select a service where you are able to track the item. Please provide your name and address and the returns number we will give you with the returned item. All returns made under warranty will be replaced or repaired and returned in the shortest possible time frame. Returns of none faulty goods can only be accepted within 30 days of purchase. Returns of none faulty products must have original packaging and be in the same condition as they were sent. A restocking fee of 7% will be applicable for non faulty goods returned in a open box condition. A cooling off period of 7 days exists under DSR in which a full refund will be given for unwanted goods. Notification must be given in writing within 7 days of receiving your goods. Goods must be returned to us within 30 days of notification. Buyer is responsible for the costs of returning unwanting goods. Returned goods under DSR that have been used and deemed to not be in a saleable condition will not be accepted for refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. It is the responsibility of the buyer to cover return postage costs and to ensure items are returned undamaged.
